Welcome to Main Vibes Only (MVO). This website is operated by Main Vibes Only. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MVO. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service, including those additional terms and policies referenced here or available via hyperlink.
Please read this page carefully before accessing or using our website. By using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, then you may not access the website or use any services.

MVO is a lifestyle brand offering custom-made products including apparel, hats, accessories, and lifestyle tools. Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partners. This ensures reduced waste, ethical creation, and unique products just for you.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms:
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are displayed with accurate descriptions and prices to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice
Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions
Limit sales of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once you place an order on shopmvo.com:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Products are made-to-order and are not pre-stocked.
You will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking info once your item ships.
Note: All items are made to order and sent to production immediately. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
5. Shipping
Shipping times vary based on location:
U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, holidays, or carrier issues. MVO is not liable for delays once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of preference.
We will gladly replace items that are:
Misprinted
Damaged
Defective
To request a replacement, email support@shopmvo.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A short description
Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
7. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made on our website. You also agree to promptly update your account and email address so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, logos, branding, graphics, and text on shopmvo.com is the exclusive property of Main Vibes Only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Use them at your own risk and discretion.
